What you will do:

• Register customers and maintain the customer database
• Independent preparation of sales quotations as well as sales preparation and post-processing
• Receive, check and process orders from our resellers and sales staff for software subscriptions within our CRM tool (SalesForce)
• Coordinates with sales department regarding order status
• Compliance with sales, financial and legal policies and procedures
• Contact for international resellers for sales related questions
• Business Partner for Departments Controlling, Accounting & Sales

What we are looking for:

• 2 years of proven background in order processing or admin roles
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous with orders and record-keeping
• Contribute to finance projects
• Familiarity with sales, financial, and legal procedures
• Team player, effective with the sales team, managers, and stakeholders
• Skilled in relevant software for order processing (SalesForce) and reporting
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in all aspects of order processing
• Capable of handling various tasks

Salary Range*: USD $48,000 – USD $54,000
